I am writing this from one of my favorite local restaurants. This is the blessing of this ‘life pause’ that God has given me for the last month. I can enjoy sushi at noon on a Thursday. There is no schedule to keep except a meeting at 3:00. If you know anything about me, you know that I do not like to share. You want my food? Sure! You need something that I have? Great, let me know what you need. You want me to open up and share vulnerabilities? Hard pass!

But, God! I feel like I say that a lot lately or at least think it. He pushes us out of our comfort zone to offer us the opportunity to grow. It is up to us to accept that invitation. I did not accept my invitation gracefully, but I am thankful that God kept offering me the opportunity.

So, that leads us to now. I thought that I was going to get to share ALL the ways the God has shown up and showed out in our lives lately. I use the word ‘our’ because this beautifully blessed journey involves more than just Lexi and myself. So buckle up and hang on because it is definitely a tornado ride. (IYKYK 😂)

My number #1 goal in sharing is that God would receive all the glory, that people would learn how to trust Him, and that their personal relationships with Him would grow. If any of that interests you, I think you will enjoy our beautiful blessed, but also at times a wild circus, walk of faith. If nothing else there will be a lot of laughs!
